How do you accept payments?
Since this is a small business based on commissions and custom orders, payments are accepted via Venmo to @littleflaws by the artist directly. Worry not, you will still receive a detailed invoice of your order. Since we believe in discussing projects and delivery your money's worth, we strongly encourage you to discuss your project, any personalizations (if available for your product of interest) and custom price quotes before making the payment. Don't worry, due to our same belief each brush stroke is applied per order; hence, we won't start working on your project until everything is finalized and payment is processed!

Do I pay via Venmo if ordering from shop catalogue?
Yes. Shop catalogue is essentially put together by the artist based on the most requested custom orders in the past. The catalogue changes depending on which items, art style and designs are most discussed by the clients with the artist. The shop catalogue is also know as the first step inspo-zone for potential clients. Like a product or design and want to customize it further? That's exactly what the catalogue is for! Is it possible to order cards or art prints for custom size?
Depending on the custom size request, it may be possible. Please contact us with your preference and we will let you know.

What does Print Ready Download mean for me?
It means that once we receive your customizations, the design is edited by the artist as per your request and the delivery is via email. Once you receive your high quality design, all you have to do is print as many copies as you like. Remember, when choosing a size keep your frame, product or print dimensions in mind!

Why does it take longer to process hand painted products?
Well, the artist hand paints each greeting card, wooden ornament, canvas, bookmark, whatever it may be that you are order with love and care. Which means each stroke is uniquely applied just for you. Also, it is best to give 3 days post-processing time as it ensures the paint is completely dry before packaging & shipping.

What is included in the self-love / pamper yourself kit?
Each Self-Love package is put together by the artist for you, and the items change every other month. But you can be sure to receive some amazing hand painted and digitally painted products that you can use around your home and/or gift it forward.

Do we process order every day of the week?
No, orders are processed on business days only.
Your self-taught artist with a background in biology and a daytime educator, lacks the business mindset. It's probably why she is living the back pain > bank balance lifestyle. Weekends are typically reserved for behind the scenes, such as: inventory, restocking, website building, etc. But mostly, the artist is busy in her writing corner or painting personal projects.

Production time:
As each item is made to order, processing for hand art and designs take around 7-10 business days + shipping. Whereas, digital art and designs depend on custom requirements and 14-21 business days on average. However, designs from our templates are print ready within 2-4 business days. Print ready products are download files sent via email, not physically shipped, with minimal customizations offered.
Please note, large commision orders such as original art canvases is dependent on the art style, design details and product dimensions. Hence, clients are strongly encouraged to plan for large or event specific orders in advance.
Keep in mind the studio is closed for behind the scenes work on weekends so if an order is placed on Friday, it will be processed starting come Monday.

Return policy:
Each product is made to order, plus the time and labor that goes behind hand painting or digitally painting for you. Once the artist starts on the order, she sees it through for you with the hope you will like the items once you receive them. Plus, the amount of effort artist puts into discussing your designs with you is like none other. The artist works with you. You work with the artist. This isn't just a business to fulfill orders, but each order is a project that requires frequent communication, certain rounds of editions, sampling and so much more.
Which is also why she does not begin painting until 24 hours after the payment is received post project discussion. This is your grace period if you do change your mind.

Here at Little Flaws Studio, we don't follow click and pay when it comes to buying art gifts & decor. We believe in click, discuss then pay! Imagine walking into your local art studio where you get to sit down with the artist to discuss your custom product. Now, imagine being able to do the same as we bring you the studio on an online platform. Here, you get to view some our trending designs and products, fill out the quote and inquiry form to dive straight into a series of email threads where you get to discuss about your purchase inquiry directly with the artist! Through your conversation, you will receive your custom price quote* after which you will make your payment.
*Prices listed are reflective of purchases as shown in the image (excluding shipping & handling). If any changes are made, custom price quote will be dependent on if any, additional skill-set, tools and time required to paint or design your product. If no changes are made, your custom price quote will include shipping & handling, showing you the final price of your purchase inquiry.
